PI BETA PHI ALUMNAE CLUB WEBSITE GUIDELINES
Pi Beta Phi wants your club’s website to reflect its personality, the fun and friendship shared by club members and Pi Phi’s core values. When updating your site, it is important to remember who visits your website for information (dues-paying club members, non-dues-paying club members, unengaged Pi Phis in your area who may be thinking about getting involved, people in the community who may hear about Pi Beta Phi’s community service and want to know more, etc.). Think about what kind of information these audiences need and want. Then ask yourself if these groups can find the information they want on your website.
Don’t be afraid to ask your fellow club members for help. Some of them may be looking for ways to be more involved! They can keep the website up-to-date and full of useful information to keep your members engaged.
